Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer shipping throughout the United States.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@blockhouseracing.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
